Terms of Service

The plain-language basics of working with us.

These terms describe how Alvarez Drywall quotes, schedules and performs its work. Hiring Juan for a job means agreeing to the basics below.

Quotes

A quote from Juan is no-obligation and is not a contract until you and Juan agree to move forward. If a job turns out bigger or different once he sees it in person, he tells you before doing any extra work, and the two of you agree on the change first.

Site conditions and scheduling

Insulation and sheetrock go in after framing, electrical and plumbing are done and the space is dry; mud and paint need time to dry between coats. Start and finish dates depend on the job being ready and on the weather. If a date needs to change, you hear it from Juan first.

What is and is not included

Alvarez Drywall does insulation, sheetrock, finishing, texture, interior painting and drywall repair. Framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tile and exterior work are not part of the job unless agreed separately in writing.

Payment

The price agreed at the quote is the price, unless the scope changes and you and Juan agree on the change together. Payment is discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.

Painted bedroom with door and trim done
Ceiling patch textured to match
Mesh tape patch on a wall corner before mud
Hallway sanded with a vacuum sander
Finisher on stilts working a ceiling line

From bare studs to painted walls. One crew.

No-obligation quote — send a WhatsApp with a photo of the room, the framing or the damage and Juan tells you what it takes. English or Spanish by text.
